Terms of Service

1. Product Nature & Intended Use

Ori Cattle products are livestock monitoring tools designed to provide operational insights.
They are:
• Not medical devices
• Not veterinary substitutes
• Not guarantees against loss, disease, predation, or environmental risk
All livestock management decisions remain the responsibility of the ranch operator.

2. Onboarding & Production

Registering to get started secures your place in the onboarding queue.
• Delivery timelines are estimates
• Manufacturing and supply chain variables may impact schedules
• Ori reserves the right to adjust production timing as necessary
Payment terms (including deposits, if applicable) are governed by checkout terms displayed at time of purchase.

3. Refund & Payment Policy

All sales are final until the customer has received the product.
Refund requests will not be accepted prior to shipment or delivery, as those funds are used to support manufacturing, deployment, and fulfillment activities.
Once the customer has received the product, they may contact us regarding any issues, concerns, warranty claims, or product satisfaction matters, and we will work with them accordingly.

4. Connectivity & Performance

System performance may depend on:
• Environmental conditions
• Telecom infrastructure
• Device installation
• Geographic limitations
Ori does not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity in all locations.

5. Data & Platform Access

Customers retain ownership of livestock operational data.
Ori provides:
• Platform access
• Software updates
• Monitoring dashboards
Platform access is included as part of your chosen deployment option, whether subscription or ownership.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Ori AI Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for:
• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Loss of livestock
• Lost revenue
• Business interruption
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All hardware design, software, firmware, branding, and related technology are the intellectual property of Ori AI Technologies Inc.
Reverse engineering or unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

8. Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify and hold Ori harmless from claims arising from improper installation, misuse, or non-compliant deployment.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada.

10. Modifications

Ori may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
