Terms of Service

1. Product Nature & Intended Use

Ori Cattle is being developed as a monitoring aid for livestock operations.
It is not a substitute for:
• Veterinary assessment
• Routine inspections
• Livestock-management decisions
No diagnosis, guaranteed alert or prevention of loss is promised.

2. Enquiries & Planning

Submitting a website enquiry records interest only. It does not create an accepted paid order, guarantee acceptance or reserve a delivery date.
• A written quote and separate written terms are required before any purchase.
• Hardware availability, connectivity requirements and charges are confirmed before you commit.
• Existing customers can contact office@oricattle.ca with their invoice number to confirm their individual order terms.
A website update does not automatically change an existing agreement.

3. Refund & Payment Policy

All sales are final until the customer has received the product.
Refund requests will not be accepted prior to shipment or delivery, as those funds are used to support manufacturing, deployment, and fulfillment activities.
Once the customer has received the product, they may contact us regarding any issues, concerns, warranty claims, or product satisfaction matters, and we will work with them accordingly.

4. Connectivity & Performance

The intended system is Tag → LoRaWAN → Ori Hub/Gateway → cellular or satellite connectivity → Ori platform.
• Terrain, antennas, installation, reporting intervals and network availability
• Available cellular or satellite backhaul
• Device installation
• Data freshness and coverage
Ori does not guarantee coverage or uninterrupted connectivity. A gateway position or signal strength does not establish animal location.

5. Data & Platform Access

Any data, platform access and service terms for a supplied system will be set out in the applicable written agreement.
Future platform capabilities and integrations are subject to separate development and validation.

Website information does not make an unconfirmed capability part of a purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Ori AI Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for:
• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Loss of livestock
• Lost revenue
• Business interruption
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All hardware design, software, firmware, branding, and related technology are the intellectual property of Ori AI Technologies Inc.
Reverse engineering or unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

8. Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify and hold Ori harmless from claims arising from improper installation, misuse, or non-compliant deployment.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada.

10. Modifications

Ori may update website information and these Terms periodically.
